2. What we collect

When you use a form on this website, we collect your name, phone number, the location of fitting (house number or business name and postcode), the service you're asking about and how many vehicles it's for. The contact form also asks for your email address if you give it, and any details you add about the job.

When you book work, we also keep details of the vehicle, the address where we're fitting, what we fitted and your payment records. If you call or message us, we keep what we need to deal with your enquiry.

3. How we use it and why

• To answer your enquiry and give you a quote, because you've asked us to.
• To carry out and support the work you book, because we need it to fulfil our contract with you.
• To keep accounting and tax records, because the law requires it.
• To keep our website secure and stop spam, because we have a legitimate interest in doing so.
• To understand how the site and our adverts are doing, if you've given consent through our cookie settings.

We don't sell your information, and we don't add you to marketing lists from an enquiry.

4. Who sees it

Enquiries from our website reach us by email and WhatsApp, so they pass through our web host and email provider, and through Meta, which provides WhatsApp. Where it's needed for the job, we may also share details with:

• the manufacturer or provider of equipment you've chosen, such as a tracker monitoring service
• a finance provider, if you apply for finance
• our accountants, and anyone we're legally required to tell

Some of these providers may process information outside the UK. Where they do, they should have appropriate safeguards in place under UK data protection law.

5. How long we keep it

We keep enquiries that don't lead to a booking only for as long as we need them to deal with the enquiry. We keep job and payment records for as long as we need them for warranty, accounting and legal reasons.
